What is OMBRE powder yebrow treatment ?
Our Ombre powder brows treatment in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, is a semi-permanent eyebrow styling technique that creates a soft, shaded brow pencil look.
This method involves the use of a small machine to insert pigment into the skin, resulting in a gradient effect that is lighter at the front of the brow and darker at the tail.
Powder Brows differ from micro-blading in the technique used to distribute the pigment; it uses a machine to distribute many small dots which achieve a powder effect. Whereas micro-blading uses a hand tool which creates small strokes, mimicking the individual hairs.
By using the powder brow technique the results are more controllable. This allows the technician to either deposit a minimal amount of layers (for a light and natural effect) and additional layers for clients who wish for a darker outcome.

The ombre powder brow process
To begin, one of our experienced practitioners will discuss your desired shape, using specialised techniques to map out your most ideal natural shape which compliments your features.
If you have any additional desires we can continue to work on the shape until you are 100% satisfied with the outline.
The second stage is to apply a numbing cream to minimise any pain felt during the procedure. Once the cream begins to work, we will then get started on tattooing your ombre powder eyebrows. This can take up to two hours.
Aftercare
- Avoiding sweating for one week.
- Avoid tanning for one month.
- Avoid water around the area for one week.
- Do not pick any of the natural scabbing, allow it to naturally come away.
- No facials or chemical treatments for one month.
- Avoid steamy showers for one week.
- Avoid sleeping on your face for one week.
- Avoid face down swimming and hot tubs until the healing process is complete.
- Avoid makeup until area is healed.
- Avoid sunscreen around the area until healed.
Who Is suited to ombre powder eyebrows?
Unlike other brow treatments, ombre powder eyebrows are suited to a much wide audience, including clients with oily skin.
Powder brows are also ideal for people who have very little hair on their brows, we recommend micro-blading not be carried out on extremely sparse to no eyebrows, instead, opt for the ombre powder eyebrows technique.
Powder brows are long-lasting, with an average life span of two years. As they fade, the powder only gets lighter, meaning they look good for an increased duration.
